Returns & Refunds
Returns Eligibility
- You have 30 days to request a return, starting from the day you receive your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process
- Submit Request: Please contact us at support@treeletpuzzle.com to initiate a return. Include your order number in the email.
- Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back to us without a return confirmation.
- Ship Item: Follow our instructions to ship the item back. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- If you have not received your refund after this period, please first contact your bank or credit card company.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has missing puzzle pieces:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos or videos so we can properly assess the issue and find the best solution for you.
- After assessing the issue, we will offer a solution such as a free replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund, to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Used or assembled items.
- Items without their original packaging.
- Items that are damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
