Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed and are then prepared for shipment by our logistics partner. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays and peak seasons.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- U.S., Canada, Europe: 10-20 business days
- Other International Locations: 15-30 business days
- Please Note: These estimated delivery times do not include the order processing time. We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, but actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, logistical delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders.
- Orders over $65 qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be uploaded to the system.
